There’s no better time than now to unlock the endless possibilities of your career at HCA Healthcare. As part of our organization’s Leadership Institute, HCA Healthcare recently earned the 2018 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Gold Award for “Best Advance in Leadership Development” category for its Executive Development Program.
HCA Healthcare, in partnership with Harvard Business Publishing, was one of 13 companies to receive the highest-level award for its Executive Development Program, which purposefully prepares leaders for hospital executive roles.
“We are very proud of our entire Executive Development team and internal partners like executive and key talent, strategy and innovation, and clinical services group, who have worked diligently to build this best in class program,” said Laura Grams, vice president of leadership and organizational development, part of HCA Healthcare’s Human Resources Group. “It was an honor to be recognized as a gold level winner the first year we applied.”
This honor demonstrates the quality and effectiveness of the Executive Development Program and the HCA Healthcare culture of developing and promoting talent from within the organization.
“It’s exciting to see that our Executive Development Program is being recognized for fostering leaders that will help HCA Healthcare continue to excel in our mission of caring well into the future,” said Jane Englebright, PhD, Chief Nurse Executive at HCA Healthcare. “Preparing the next generation of hospital leaders in every community we serve is what sets us apart.”
“Best-in-class leadership development is a differentiator to recruit and retain the most promising future leaders to HCA Healthcare,” Grams added. “We are committed to developing leaders who will embrace our culture, grow the business, and lead the industry.”
